At MIKA, we take pride in creating custom-made outfits tailored to each client’s specific requirements. As a result, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges under certain conditions:
Exchanges: If you receive a damaged outfit or if the entire outfit is incorrect in size or customization, you may request an exchange. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process: To apply for an exchange, you must provide an opening video that clearly shows the condition of the outfit upon receipt.
Size & Customization: We highly encourage you to carefully check the size guide and ensure all measurements are correct before placing your order. Exchanges will not be accepted if only one measurement is incorrect. Exchanges are only accepted if the entire outfit has sizing or customization issues.
Eligibility: Requests for exchanges will not be accepted after the 2-day window has passed.
